Recruitment Officer

About the role

Invictus BPO is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Officer to own the top of the recruitment funnel. The role combines candidate sourcing, employer branding, screening and delivering vetted shortlists to hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, job boards, referrals and local community networks.
• Design and publish recruitment content (job posts, employee spotlights, culture updates) and run organic and paid campaigns within budget.
• Review résumés, conduct phone and video screenings, verify qualifications, English proficiency and schedule availability.
• Prepare candidate profiles and screening notes, deliver vetted shortlists to hiring managers.
• Schedule first‑round interviews, confirm attendance, manage reschedules and communicate outcomes promptly.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and build a pool of passive talent.
• Produce weekly recruitment funnel reports, including source performance and campaign spend.
• Ensure confidentiality of candidate and employee data in line with data protection policies.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Business Management, HR, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or HR experience, including social media sourcing and content creation.
• Strong résumé assessment and structured interviewing abilities.
• Excellent organization to handle high applicant volumes across multiple requisitions.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with a service‑oriented approach.
• Ability to drive recruitment across departments without direct authority.
